Fatal Imbalance was born in the dying days of 2006 when Matt and Dave came in contact with Andy. The three did shows together and wrote about 7 songs before coming to terms with the need of a full time vocalist. So soon the three became 4 in 2007 when long time friend of Dave's was reunited at a show at Phil's Pub. Kyle joined the band and added onto the brutality. Fatal Imbalance has played and became friends with many local acts such as Fluxx, Sever the Masses, Tetnis Flesh, Idyl Exhibit, and Darkness Evolving just to name a few. They have also opened up for national acts such as Jucifer, Nodes of Ranvier, and others. Fatal has worked very hard in the last three years writing music, and doing shows all over Sioux Falls, parts of Minnesota, and Iowa and they have built a very strong and loyal fan base without a single recording yet. Don't worry though, the days are drawing near when they unleash their madness on disc. Fatal Imbalance is also known for helping create some new annual metal events in Sioux Falls such as the Eat Your Face Metal Feast and the Pumpkin Apocolypse.
