Falling Boy was the project of one man based in Brighton UK who has played shows across the North Western hemisphere since 2oo3. All of the recordings and live shows since January 2oo6 were created live and without multi~tracking by four track tape recording through Mesa amplification using a guitar, time, pitch and overdrive pedals and a microphone. The main instrumentation relying heavily on feedback manipulation, frequency, space sound reflection and volume.Skirting smooth ambience and harsh frequency matches each journey is dependent on environment and mood. Sounds have been sought after and obsessively chased with synthesis of colour journey and trauma approaching sound communication with the same gestural nature as painting.
