Joshua Tree, California Real name: Christopher Martin I am a solo artist as of right now. I've been making music since my senior year of highschool which was over 6 years ago. I always loved singing, I did karaoke constantly because it was all I really had at the time. Then I got a computer and a friend showed me a music making program called fruity loops and I just started making all of this trancy type stuff which was actually kind of lame but a few years went by and I joined the Marine Corps. So I had a job and was gettin' paid, I bought a new computer and found a better musik maker program. Still I was only making trancy ambient stuff but it got better with the more practice I had with it. There was still something missing. I wanted lyrics. So I re-enlisted into the military in 2005 and got a nice little bonus so I was able to afford a really nice computer and an even better version of the programs I used to make music. Then to add to my new found glory, I bought a 6 track mixing board and studio quality Microphone and for the past year I've been singing and screaming to my hearts content. Most of the stuff I've made is my original ideas but recently I've been making a few cover songs from bands that I really love. My first was the song "4U" by korn back in march, then I stopped doing the cover thing and in the past few months made more original things. But within the past month I've made 4 new cover songs.
