Pianist Fabian Kallerdahl qas voted the “Jazz in Sweden” artist for the year 2006. Kallerdahl is one of the most prominent and proficient musicians of the younger generation, a powerhouse in youthful Swedish jazz. During the last few years he has been heard in a number of groups and constellations, mainly in the jazz trio musicmusicmusic. On the “Jazz in Sweden” CD “Maxi Music” he has put together a new handpicked quartet with Per “The Flame” Westling on guitar, Stefan Wingefors bass and Lars “Lade” Källfelt drums, in addition to Fabian himself on the piano.
