FABI is the solo project of Fabián Villalobos Medina, a musician from Valparaíso, Chile. Currently, as a singer, he explores new musical styles such as neo-soul and indie with a more alternative feel—which the artist himself labels Indie Fusion. His music influences include contemporary classical music, Latin American fusion and world music, contemporary jazz, and improvisation. There are other artists known as Fabi, including: - Fabi was born in Uruguay, South America, in 1981. She started her piano classes at the age of 5. Until 11, she kept on studying but she gave up because it bored her. When she was 15 years old the guitar called her attention so she started having classes. It was here when she wrote her first song. She didn´t know it could be so easy so she started to write another, and another, and another. Nowadays she has written 40 songs.
