1. FAM is a Finnish hip-hop duo that began as a trio under the name Flowboysfam in 2009. Their debut album, Ehkä Opit Tuntemaan, was released the same year. However, after the release of their second album Opitsä Tuntemaan in 2010, one of the original members departed from the group, leaving the remaining two members to continue the project. In 2011, as a duo, they released the album Tattutemppu. Their next album was released in 2014, titled X-Files. Starting from their double album Fyysisii in 2018, the duo decided to simplify their name from Flowboysfam to FAM. - 2. Fam (フェイム) is a Japanese punk rock trio formed in Chiba, Japan, in 2005. The band’s lineup has evolved over the years, with the current members being Masayuki Yamazaki on drums and backing vocals, Takamasa Yoneda on guitar and vocals, and Yuuki Miyata on bass and backing vocals, who joined the band in 2010. The band blends elements of alternative rock, emo and punk in their music, establishing themselves in Japan's alternative music scene. Their debut full-length album, The Quiet Before, was released in 2008. In 2009, they followed up with the EP titled Changes Here. The single Only Dreaming Calm Days also came out in the same year. Fam contributed to the compilation album Let's Talk About Origins: A Tribute to Lagwagon in 2010, paying homage to Lagwagon, which has been a source of inspiration for Fam. In 2016, they released the single Glare / View. Fam's second full-length album, Opus, came out in 2018.
