Ezra Matthew Miller (born September 30, 1992) is an American actor, known for his roles in the films City Island (2009), Another Happy Day (2011), and We Need to Talk About Kevin (2011). He starred in the 2012 teen drama The Perks of Being a Wallflower, with Logan Lerman and Emma Watson, and has signed on to play the role of Léon Dupuis in Sophie Barthes' adaptation of the Gustave Flaubert novel Madame Bovary. Miller has also been known to portray Barry Allen / The Flash in DC Extended Universe films since 2016. Miller has been the recipient of numerous legal troubles since 2020, including chocking and tackling a woman in Iceland, multiple allegations of physical assault and theft in Hawaii, several protection/restraining orders, and grooming and harassing minors. The whereabouts of both Miller and Native American activist Tokata Iron Eyes are presently unknown, as the latter's parents pursue a domestic violence protection order against Miller for instilling cult-like, manipulative behavior and psychological and physical abuse against Iron Eyes.
