Artist
Eye Eye were an 80s rock quartet from the greater Toronto area of Ontario, Canada. The band was made up of Bill Wood (lead vocals), Andy Ryan (Guitar), Doug Ruston (bass), and Mark Capora (drums). The band later also featured keyboardist/composer Donald Quan and Tom Lewis who replaced Ruston on bass for the band's second album. Eye Eye released two full length albums on Canada's Duke Street Records, 1986's "Just in Time to Be Late", and 1988's "Common Ground". The band achieved both gold record status and Juno Award nominations. The band broke up following the second album and have pursued various other career projects. Sadly, drummer Mark Caporal was killed in the crash of a recreational aircraft in which he was training on September 1, 1990, in the province of Ontario, Canada.
