Natural Selection's 10 Piece jazz/soul/reggae Band "Extra Love" is a tight collective of session musicians. Born over 3 years ago, they have performed at some of the UK's best loved festivals, events and production studio's. As a professional collective, " Extra Love" have grown from a 2 piece duo to a full 10 piece band delivering a unique mix of rythem'n'blues, reggae, dub, soul, funk and jazz. Over the last 7 months Natural Selection Collective have enabled the development of the band to perform collaborations with world class vocalists. Band Members Vincent Proudfoot - Saxophone He plays for Ska band 'The Physical Jerks' and makes a living playing Jazz and Function sessions. Over the past four years, Vince has worked extensively with Sam, Rich and Paul. Sam Lewis - Saxophone Sam is an accomplished session musician working with Rico Rodriguez (The Specials), 'Bad Manners and The Beat during his time with Skaface. More recently he has worked across genre's with the likes of The Tribunes as well as the mighty 'Topsy and The Boss'. Paul Duffy - Trumpet Paul tours as the principle cornet player with the world renowned 'Black Dyke Brass Band' as well as playing for the "Extra Love" horn's section. Rich Wassel - Trombone Rich is a cross genre musician playing gigs from Salsa to Dubstep.
