Excruciating Thoughts is a death metal band from Canada formed in 2000. The band is currently composed of Nigel Curley (guitar, vocals), Ty Moir (guitar, vocals), Adam Kennedy (drums), and Ryan Corvari (bass). To date, they have released a single, three demos, and a full-length album titled Archaic, which was released in 2008. Excruciating Thoughts' music, stylistically, is technical death metal with added melody. The band's music also takes influence from brutal death metal.
