Eugenijus Ostapenko (1976-2021) (better known for his scene name Dolbanas) was a Lithuanian pop singer, songwriter, and producer. He started his carrier in a musical duo called "Guminė Birka", together with Radži Aleksdadrovič. The duo split up after various conflicts and a scandal between Eugenijus and Radži's mother. He was known as a controversial figure in Lithuania, frequently compared to artists such as Kanye West or Niki Minaj. He quickly became popular because of his controversial views on people of color and sexual minorities. He was often praised by his fans, for phrases such as "Ching chong, ching chong, go back to your country." and "I believe in white supremacy until the blacks are educated to a point of responsibility.".
