Eugenijus Ostapenko (1976-2021) (better known for his scene name Dolbanas) was a Lithuanian pop singer, songwriter, and producer. He started his carrier in a musical duo called "Guminė Birka", together with Radži Aleksdadrovič. The duo split up after various conflicts and a scandal between Eugenijus and Radži's mother. He was known as a controversial figure in Lithuania, frequently compared to artists such as Kanye West or Niki Minaj.
