Etsuko Nishio (西尾悦子) was born on March 9, 1973 and sang the first opening song for Ranma 1/2, Ja Ja Uma ni Sasenaide (Don't Make Me Wild Like You) and later recorded Don't Mind Lay-Lay Boy.
