ETRANGE is a studio project born 2017 in France founded by VELHON (keyboards. Programming, mix/mastering) and DEADALE (Guitars, bass guitar, artwork). ETRANGE instrumental music is cinematic, progressive and dynamic. Their melodies are deeply inspired by Science Fiction themes (movies, literature, video games, artwork) and also inspired by classical music, Metal (heavy metal, progressive metal, extreme metal) while still having a retro and vintage vibe. ETRANGE is first and foremost an immersive musical science fiction concept that takes the listener along the ETRANGE intelligent space probe’s journey. ETRANGE was launched by the inhabitants of a dying Planet Earth. The varied ambiances, the titles and the illustrations are clues and points of reference that allow the listener to create their own story and narrative.
