1) Estado De Sitio, a punk rock band was formed in 2000 in Lima, Peru, when three school friends, Joaquin Cuneo, Marcel Caillaux and Sebastian Isla gather to play music, specially covers of bands they liked, such as Green Day, Nofx, among others. Sharing all three the same passion for music and tired of playing songs by other groups they decide to try to compose their own music and lyrics. It is here that in 2001 the band give the name of Estado de Sitio (State of Siege) and released 500 copies of their first demo entitled Caigo Contigo (I Fall With You). This allowed them to play in different local bars and venues of the city of Lima, such as the classic Florentino, La Estación, among others. In Miraflores Bowling, Estado de Sitio wins first place, in a contest organizad by a “Planet Radio” and Sprite (2002). After this, the band goes through a stage of wanting to take things more seriously. It is here, when by a twist of fate our beloved Sebastian is forced to leave the band. Thus began a long period of 2 years in which Marcel and Joaquin were dedicated to writing songs and looking for the indicated drummer. In mid-2004 Sergio Bringas, who placed in another band, arrived to the scene.. After some trials, it was obvious the connection was between 3 and so that Estado de Sitio prepared to go out and play after a long time, with more experience, new ideas and above all, a lot of stored energy.
