Esne Beltza: black music from the loudspeaker From the hours of playing, from the trips, from the conversations in hotel rooms around the world during Fermín Muguruza's last tour, Esne Beltza emerges, a new musical project headed by Xabi Solano (Etzakit, 4 Itzal, Fermín Muguruza Kontrabanda, The Solanos, Afro-Basque Fire Brigada) and eight other musicians with the same thirst for new musical adventures. Most of them belong to the last band that Fermín formed for the last tour he has made this year, but there are also people who have passed through Etzakit, Joxe Ripiau and Izotz. Esne Beltza, (black milk) a name suggested by Fermin himself, plays with two colors: black and white, black music made by whites. And that is precisely what the two songs that they have recently released on a CD single entitled "Made in Euskal Herria" exude: reggae, ska, hip hop in a combination predestined for dancing and partying. The album is entitled "Made In Euskal Herria" Band: XABIER SOLANO (Fermin Muguruza,The solanos, Etzakit) SERGIO "PATXUKO" (Joxe ripiau, The solanos) JONTROMBON eta HARITZ LONBIDE (Fermin Muguruza, Ttak) IBAN ZUGARRAMURDI (Baldin Bada, Su ta gar) PELLO GORROTXATEGI (Izotz, Karidadeko bentak) JON MARI BEASAIN (Etzakit, Mal de ojo) AITOR ZABALETA (Etzakit, Izotz) DZ (Fermin Muguruza, Selekta kolektiboa) User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
