Erik Carlson is a hobbyist composer living in Sweden. The music is inspired by the small miracles in everyday life and the complexity and beauty of the natural world. Sentimentality, melancholia and other, less definable emotions, form his musical palette. Having worked as a computer engineer and a soldier, Erik composes music for recreation when time allows it. (This text concerns the swedish hobbyist composer Erik Carlson, and not the american singer/songwriter of the same name, whose album "The way I feel" can be seen on Erik's artist page but really shouldn't be there.)
