Eric Ramsey is an artist who resides in Gothenburg, Sweden. He is influenced by a wide array of diverse impressions ranging from video games and motion pictures via books and comics to Swedish folk music, hip hop and punk rock. On his recordings Eric plays most of the instruments himself, but he often invites other artists to participate - thus creating a playful and unpredictable sound. Musically he mainly stumbles around in the fields of mellow pop and electronic music, but he also tends to pick various colours and flavours from neighbouring genres. Hence consistency is not the epithet you would put on this man. It is rather the lack of consistency that characterises Eric Ramsey and his music.
