Eretsua is the solo project of Vincent Schenck (Nascent, Time & Tide) from Netherlands. Usually Eretsua's music oscillates between music and ambient. Influenced and inspired by the music of Ab Ovo, Lunar Aurora, S:Cage, Super Metroid, Svartling, Tim Hecker and Tool, Eretsua borders on the line between melodic and ambient music, evoking an indeterminate atmosphere by taking a more lose approach to rhythm and melody and positioning this in a background of dark soundscapes to create a layered tapestry of unconventional harmonics, unexpected turns and occasional outbursts of violence. coherence is retained by limiting the sound image to a subdued and introverted palette.
