ENG Project ENERGY has appeared in 2000. The only electropunk innovators in Belarus which, having armed with « hardware and boards » (these are different kind of synthesizers, samplers, turntables …) create true miracles, performing exclusively live music. Although live is pretty difficult to cope with such quantity of equipment, but guys do it easily. Guitars, drums, synthesizers, turntables, vocal – electronic and acoustic instruments mix up, spinning in the fantastic world of sounds. Style is constantly ground and perfected. The range of their performing abilities is wide: from electropunk and break-beat up to extreme hard-core, from jungle and hip-hop up to lyrical slow compositions, intelligent and experimental stuff. At their concerts always there is an unpredictability and improvisation, and it means, that on different performances you can hear one composition in miscellaneous styles. Performances are combined simultaneously with two spheres: it’s both - crazy rock-n-roll band with its natural original drive of the live show, and electro-vandals abusing electronic music and squeezing out of it all power of synthesizer artillery.
