Today in the latin Urban genre, Lele is one of the most talked about composers. Victor A. Rivera Santiago [the artist's actual name] was borin in the town of Carolina, in Puerto Rico. Lele was raised in the Parque Ecuestre area of Carolina, where he met Hector Delgado, also known in the music industry as Hector "El Father". At the age of 17 Lele discovered his talent and interest in music, and began writing and singing his own songs, this is when he bagan working with Hector. Working with Hector, Lele composed some of his biggest hits. Besides working with Hector, he has worked with some of the biggest names in Latin Urban music, including Cosculluela, Yomo, Polaco, Don Omar, and many more. He recorded solo or as part of a duo with partner Endo under Lele y Endo. He was also known by his nickname "El Arma Secreta".
