(from Dine Alone Records website) : Following the branches pointing north east through the sleepy forest, two old souls arrived at a cabin hidden in the snow covered hemlock, past the evergreens. Somehow familiar they began to sing, breathing in unison, and shedding their hardened winter skin, a transformation into empire air. The winter of 2007 past quickly, when the sun came up Daniel Romano (Attack in Black), and Allie Torrance, with songs in their bones, emerged from the forest and began to record. With twenty-four hours between them, (Allie living in Halifax) they made plans to come together. Now, both in Ontario, they have completed songs for a seven inch debut, and are currently writing material for full length, quickly coming into fruition.
