Hailing from Phoenix Arizona, EMBERS RISE intends to leave a massive scar on the modern metal scene. The Brutal 5-piece was established in 2007 by technical guitarist and songwriter Jason Rowe, drawing influences from As I Lay Dying, All That Remains and many others. Soon after the group’s creation, Paul Guidry joined--bringing with him a drumming precision and intensity of heightend levels. After hearing early EMBERS RISE demos, Stu auditioned for the band and quickly achieved the spot of lead guitarist. Stu raises the bar when it comes to shredding solos and face melting riffs. A few failed bassists later, Drue Smith answered the online ad, joined, and pounds chests with the low end and death/thrash backing vocals.
