Elvina is the musical project of melbourne based multi-instrumentalist/vocalist Jolanda Moyle. 'So we can grow' is Elvina's debut record released on the 5th of August 2011. The album was recorded and produced by Tony Dupe and features some fine Melbourne musicians such as Francesca Mountfort on Cello, Peter Woodlands on Double bass and Biddy Connor on saw/viola. "So we can grow" basks in intense emotive beauty...at times lathered in sweeping soundscapes in other moments sparse and gentle as her soft voice croons... journeying into subconcious revelry, otherworldly dreamscapes and heart space...resting between sleepiness and sleeplessness...it takes you inward and outwardly beyond...
