Artist
Elizabeta Lāce is a performance artist from Rīga, Latvia, who is currently living in Helsinki, Finland. Her artistic, professional and academic journey is characterized by the concept of inner freedom, richness in diversity and the courage of acceptance. To date, she has released two albums - Mōaigā, from the almost extinct Finno-Ugric language Livonian and Songs About D. Her live performances have been critically praised and labeled as thought evoking and provocative. They range from classical acoustic shows to explicit pieces using the human body. Besides her work as a studio and stage artist and masters student, Lāce's performances include environmental and human rights activism. http://www.facebook.com/elizabeta.lace User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
