Elisa began her musical career at a young age, studying theory and Blues vocals, ultimately earning a music degree. She worked professionally with her father, producer Phil Garland, on numerous recording projects. Along with a successful career as a vocal and piano instructor, Elisa is recording her latest CD with band, Out of Truth, which landed her a deal with HitPlay LLC distributed by Sony-BMG Red Distribution.
