The discographic activity of Elia Casetti Orchestra is not only the result of a long friendship between the two members of the group but also the fruit of innate passion for music in all its forms and contaminations. . While Dj Enzo Elia background is house/soulfoul music, the one from Michele Casetti is techno oriented - the sum is Elia Casetti Orchestra sound. The collaboration between the two begins in 2004 with the Tall & Small project; under this name they produce several mixes and remixes which immediately gain the attention of the best Club Djs. . Their feature is the experimentation and search during the creative process of music, keeping a firm point the reference to their backgrounds and their favorite sounds. Elia Casetti Orchestra's trademark is the fusion among elements of house old skool and techno from Detroit with trance atmosphere. . Despite the strong identity of their sounds, in ECO's production you can feel differences since the records are built with the aim to create an emotionally sequence on the dancefloor - infact the ideal Dj set is a musical speech following a logic development. ECO are also vinyl addicted; for them vinyl is not only the physical format but also an historic object. .
