about

Electric Music is former On U Sound engineer Anth Brown and Dundonian music journalist (and Billy Mackenzie biographer) Tom Doyle, based in London, UK and active from 1999 to 2003. Initially recording as Electric Music, the AKA was added following the threat of legal action from former Kraftwerk member Karl Bartos, who had already recorded under the name. Their debut album "North London Spiritualist Church" (as Electric Music) was released in 2000 on ZubiZaretta/Grand Royale, followed in 2003 by "The Resurrection Show" on Sanctuary. The duo have resurfaced in 2009 as Boo Hooray with a third album, "Haunted" ready for release. http://www.myspace.com/electricmusicaka http://www.myspace.com/boohooray User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
