Artist
Eden Shalev is my legal name, I decided to go with this name as my alias when I started to produce, I feel like it represents what I want to give to my audience and it`s my true self. I`m a House Artist, Influenced by many different cultures, from African to Middle Eastern and some European. I’m 31 and currently live in Israel. I’ve been working on remixes and producing tracks in the Israeli music scene for years. From 2012 to 2017, I focused on remixes, racking up hundreds of thousands—sometimes even millions—of views that made the connection with the global house scene. A couple of years later, I decided to go “all-in” with my original house energy, diving into organic tribal house with a blend of African and Middle Eastern influences. It’s a mix of styles and cultures that I truly connect with. Your release “Papi”, along with your other tracks, has been gaining significant attention. Which track holds a special place in your heart, and why? You could say that Papi is my baby and I can truly say it has a special place in my heart. It’s the track that essentially opened all the doors for me to the big world of the Afro-house and tribal music industry. People love *Papi* because it’s a very punchy track with a highly innovative style something you don’t hear every day. Additionally, the word “Papi” is incredibly popular, as many people interpret it in their ways, giving it various unique meanings. And I can sum it up by saying that after this track… Everything just opened up
