Eau-De-Nil was born in March 2009 as a progressive and experimental music project, transcontinental collaboration between two friends: Konrad Kania (guitars, keyboards) and Grzegorz Kozikowski (drums programming). Konrad and Grzegorz had already been making music together for several years as a musically passionate teenagers. However, due to difficulties with finding reliable musicians, they had never released their true musical potential. After several years of gaining musical experience playing with other bands, Konrad and Grzegorz decided to make music together again in Eau-De-Nil. The main idea behind the project is to create sounds that contain emotional pictures. Eau-De-Nil blends different music genres and a wide variety of sounds. Their music contains elements of Progressive Rock/Metal, Electronica, Art Rock, Psychedelic and Symphonic Classic Rock. The band are currently working on a debiut EP.
