Eating Black Milk is an Ambient-Trip-Pop trio from Switzerland. The Italian word “ambiente“ literally means “environment, atmosphere”. Brian Eno once wrote “Ambient Music is intended to induce calm and a space to think”. EBM have tried to achieve just that whilst staying within the bounds of pop music: infectious melodies and clear, but never obvious, structures are present in each song. The three young Swiss musicians define their songs as “a walk between suffering and hope”. Suffering, - Hope: two important elements of human life play their distinct roles in EBM’s music and are expressed using various means. In the end these elements manage to survive in symbiosis. Musically, three main factors put their stamp on EBM’s songs: Unique vocals, contemporary beats with loads of groove and melancholic sounds. Eating Black Milk are… A.G.G.
