Dzintars Čīča (born 28 January 1993 Sabile, Latvia) is a Romani singer who represented Latvia at the first Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2003 with the song "Tu Esi Vasarā" (You Are In Summertime) composed by himself. He received 37 points and came 9th out of 16 performers. The same year he released his first album named "Nāc un dziedi" (Come and sing!) containing 12 songs.
