Dying Habit are a groove-led alternative rock band fronted by the brooding emotion of vocalist Nath Jones. Backed by the pulsating rhythm section of Mark Jones (drums) and Dan Garner (bass) the quartet are completed by the sophisticated riffing of guitarist Alan Hart. Based on the rugged island of Anglesey, Wales, the band have created many elegant songs. Their debut single, 2018's "Unrealities" is a haunting and soaring anthem for the times which earned great feedback and is still a live favourite to this day This was followed by an Album, 2020's "Until the air runs out" which showcases a kaleidoscope of varied and imaginative work all written and recorded by the band themselves while in lockdown. The band begun 2022 by heading into the studio with renowned producer Al Groves (Bring Me The Horizon) to record new single "Directions", On this track they showcase a harder edge to their sound, invoking the spirit of 90's grunge with huge riffs, thunderous drums and a hooky melodic chorus. Dying Habit are also a captivating and engaging live act who have played many shows in the North West of England as well as closer to home in North Wales. The live shows are a great place to see the expert musicianship and craft that lovingly goes into their work and to take in the emotion and energy that their art creates.
