He played with the Department of Music before forming Tricycle with his brother Gordon. He returned to the UK in 1974 and has played with Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel, 10cc, Kate Bush, Alan Parsons, Linda Lewis, Camel, Eric Stewart, Budgie and Elkie Brooks to name a few.
