Artist
Dubamix arose in 2003, as a result of an anarchist revolt and a visceral love for dub music. As much inspired by traditional reggae (Jacob Miller in particular ...), as by today's electro dub (High Tone, Kanka ...) and Haydn, Bach or Dvorak, those are the musical foundations for Dubamix. The originality of Dubamix is to mix in samples from politicians to his compositions. This way, Dubamix makes them face their contradictions and contrasts them with an anarchist, anti-capitalist and anti-fascist message. Because this world is unequal, liberticide, because it is ruled by the law of profit, Dubamix intends to take place in one of these islands of resistance based on other values: gratuity, exchange, solidarity, self-management! This is why you can find all his music, including his first "Mix-A-Dub" and second "Pour Qui Sonne le Dub" LP, for free downloading from A to Z: http://dubamix.free.fr/ So, feel free to download, burn, and share his tunes as much as you want!
