Drutty - as the band - originated in Koprivnice in December 2008 as a funny-only project with main purpose just to piss of the metal heads on one ocasional event. Actually the first performance went quite well, all of them enjoyed it very much, so they decided to go on and just see what happens in the future. Genre is difficult to describe, but probably electronic / noise will be suitable. The rythms are programmed in Fuity-Loops studio, but the live drummer is the important part of the band - using two floor tom drums only. This is crucial for giving the "human" feeling to the rythms and souds. The melody is produced by boostered bass and delayed/halled guitar, the parts are based on improvisation, but ocasionally the practised pasage occurs. Also keyboards are part of the sounds, evolving the legendary sound of Czech underground legend - The Plastic People Of The Universe. The concerts are 20 minutes "long", they simply do not have more material.... But according to the most of the audience, 20 minutes are far more than enough....
