Acquaintances for years, Jad Cooper and Van Scott came together in early 2008 for one studio session. Chemistry was instantaneous and the duo have not stopped working together since. With a shared love for the same kind of vision, these two nyc-based djs formed Drlkt Freddie, a production team, dj duo and live act. The diverse sound is pulled from many influences with songs that all have the common denominator to move you. Continuously working in the studio, drlkt freddie has released remixes of charting songs by top artists Lauren Flax feat. Sia, Larry Tee feat. Roxy Cottontail and Alexander Technique feat. Princess Superstar on several labels such as Ultra Records. Capturing the attention of bloggers and international djs, original singles "Airtight," "Blood," and "Boys and Girls" have been remixed by underground heavyweights including Chewy Chocolate Cookies, Dj wool, Killer on the Dancefloor and Tronik Youth.
