Drew Timmer began creating music when he was 15, after picking up a Washburn acoustic guitar which he affectionately referred to as "The Werewolf." Since then, his musical style has developed into something more than just an acoustic guitar. Taking on the drums in 2006, he began to create and record instrumental tracks. After a while he began dabbling with computer synthesizers, creating his first electronic track in 2009 on FL Studios 6. Drew doesn't consider himself much of a vocalist, but has recorded a few tracks in which he sings. Currently, he is working on expanding his musical horizons. Drew has constructed his own rainstick, purchased a clay ocarina, invested in a Kentucky mandolin, and is looking to eventually buy a Yamaha SHS-10 keytar. Drew draws from musical styles such as Royksopp, Pendulum, Port Blue, Cosmic Sound, Ratatat, Chad Valley, Neon Indian, Baths, VersaEmerge, Deadmau5, Blackbird Blackbird, Owl City, Versant, ALL CAPS, Yacht, Painted Palms, Cartel, Washed Out, and more.
