The Dredknotz were an American hip hop duo from New York City, U.S. The group consisted of rapper Benz and DJ Big EZO. The duo released two singles, "Causin' a Menace" and "The Anthem", in 1994. Shelved their album since 1995, the Dredknotz debut "Under Pressure" is finally released in 2025, Under the guidance of DJ Richie Rich (formerly of 3rd Bass), the Flatbush-raised trio consisting of Benz, 50 Grand and Big Ezo created a powerful album that stands the test of time. Cryptic, hardcore beats blend with a cool, eerie sound that connects on multiple levels. The rhymes come from the street and the heart. Straight up, hard, telling like it is. Entirely produced by DJ Richie Rich and Big Ezo, engineered by Rich Keller at legendary Chung King Studios.
