There are several artists by this name: 1/ 80s synthpop band formed by Eddie Roxy (ex- Department S) and Phil Reed. Their song Outside Looking In was not a major hit, but has appeared on some 80s anthologies. 2/ Techno project - name used by Blake Baxter on a 1995 album 3/ One-off 1998 happy hardcore project. The name has been used by another 80s synthpop band, an industrial band and various others who may or may not be related to the artists mentioned here.
