The official date of birth of the band is concidered to be the 22 of February, 2008. That was the day when the band played their first gig on one of the musical performances. The style of Drama Digest is Rock music. In autumn 2009 the band recorded an acoustic album, which was released November 6, 2009. The album is called "No More (acoustic) Lies" and contains 8 songs. The eights track on the album is a cover version for "Love Me" by a Swedish band April Divine. The debute video was filmed for the song "Tell Me Something" from the acoustic album. The band played about 20 acoustic gigs for the support of an album. Four of these gigs were closed for a limited audience. The single "My Baby’s In Cage" was recorded in spring 2010, which was folloved by a video for this song whish consists of an episodes from a movie "Lolita" by Stanley Kubrick. In august 2010 the band releases a digipack "My Baby’s In Cage" which is available for a free download. It contains the single and a video for "My Baby’s In Cage" as well as different rare live records for the same song. On Helloween of 2010 "Drama Digest" releases their new single for the song "Black Bus" which immediately gets a lot of good and pleasant feedback from listeners and in a days it spreads around the Internet.
