It is safe to say that the Draconians are definately perfectly normal homosapiens and pose no threat to the humans. It is clear now, after observing their perfectly rational and pointless human behaviors, that the alligations cast upon them were nothing but paranoid speculation. What some might call "mass unconcious hypnotic suggestion" or "sublimynotic manifestations" can no more be attributed to these fine young americans than a change in the wverall core temperature of the earth. Again, I feel it is important to reiterate that the Draconians pose no known threat to the humans ade are perfectly content with the capitolist American regime at this point in space/time. The only abberation to thier otherwise complacent existance came after prolonged deprivation therepy, and although these strange sounds, the so-called "gnosis rays", were unlike sounds heard in previous experiments. There is absolutely no evidence to point toward Dr. Schnider's claim that these sounds were extra terrestrial. All of the other researchers have withdrawn their testimonys after rehabilitation and since their stay in Colorado Springs. The Draconians have made no sounds in any way different from standard humanoid frequencies. They are in no way aware of our experiments and have returned to their previous occupations with a letter of recomendation from the military.
