Donatas Montvydas (born on 22 October 1987 in Vilnius, Lithuania), better known by his stage name Donny Montell, is a Lithuanian singer and songwriter, who is internationally best known for having represented Lithuania at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest 2012 with the song "Love Is Blind". As a child, he was highly influenced by artists such as Michael Jackson and Queen. He has also also stated that his father is his biggest inspiration. He has previously competed in the Lithuanian national selections for the Eurovision Song Contest on four occasions, making his debut 2009. He is currently competing in the Lithuanian selection for the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "I've Been Waiting for This Night".
