Artist
Don Falcone (born November, 1958) is an American musician and producer. He relocated to San Francisco from Pennsylvania at the beginning of the 1980s, and was a member of Thessalonians, as well as the original Melting Euphoria. Falcone got his first break in the early 1990's era of electronica and ambient when Silent Records founder Kim Cascone included him on the first Heavenly Music Corporation album. Falcone was then asked to join Cascone in Thessalonians, Satellite IV and Spice Barons. In 1994, Falcone and drummer Mychael Merrill, alongside Anthony Who, formed Melting Euphoria. "Through the Strands of Time" was the spacey psych-rockers' debut. In 1995 he started a solo project called Spaceship Eyes quickly garnering spots on several drum'n'bass compilations for the Hypnotic label. His most notable piece "Mind The Alien" appeared in the 1999 cult rave film Better Living Through Circuitry and was used as the film's opening track. His current project, Spirits Burning, has released 5 CDs to date. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
