Chilean director and musician, García-Huidobro’s short PRELUDIO (super8, 2008) participated in the Helsinki Film Fest. His opera prima PARTIR TO LIVE participated as a Work in progress at SXSW Film Special Event and premiered at Valdivia international Film Festival. With his band Föllakzoid, he has put out 3 LPs in the last 5 years, through BYM and Sacred Bones Records, in Santiago and New York respectively.
