Dolly Shot is a music project based in Toronto, Canada. The band was formed when Eduardo Rebagliati, Christian Rebagliati and Guillermo Subauste decided to take their musical ambition and introspection to a new and more professional, meaningful level. Since then, these musicians have explored and experimented with a blend of different genres, sounds and ambiances that make their sound unique and individualistic, such as funk, rock, pop, electronica and latin. The band started out in Lima, Peru, where they toured extensively in colleges, universities and venues for over 1000 people; and were invited as the opening act for MXPX on their South American tour. After releasing 2 studio albums that received great reviews from the media and fans, the band went into a gigging hiatus, since Guillermo moved to Banff, Alberta for an internship. During this time, the band started to remotely produce and record albums across hemispheres. Their knowledge of music technology, production, as well as their passion and skill (all members are multi-instrumentalists) allowed them to release 4 more ambitious records. Now, 3 years later and finally based in Toronto, they are ready and eager to start a new phase. This will include shows, promoting their lastest album "Apparent Flatness" accross the country, and releasing more records.
