about

Doctor Detroit is a DJ & Producer based out of Detroit. He has gone from being a local basement party DJ to rocking dance floors around Detroit, as well as all around the Internet; with his own style of House & Electro House. A self taught DJ, meaning he has never learned the traditional way of DJing, he has always pushed the limits of his mixing, always keeping it interesting for the crowd. You would have to listen to one of his mixes to understand the complexity of it. He has evolved, only in a few years, into a fan favorite in Detroit’s electro clubs. Doctor Detroit has played with some of Detroit’s top artiest including the Punisher and Superdre, a long with Taylor Hawkins, Brother Mike and Shea Thomas. Doctor Detroit sounds like a mix between Steve Aoki, Tiga and Benny Bennassi’s DJ set, with the set up and live elements like Deadmau5 and a Mash-up style similar to Girl Talk.
