Dobermann Cult consists of members from several punk- and rockbands hailing from Stockholm, Sweden (The Dontcares, the Hipshots, Antipati, Glenda, Sleepless Nights to name a few). Dobermann Cult was formed in the early fall of ’06 when Doltz (guitar), Pelle (bass) och Martin (vocals) after several line-up changes hooked up with Mattis (drums) and Ogge (guitar). They recorded a three track demo which got great response. Among the interested where French Mass Prod. Rec. In early ’07 Ogge gave way to Max (guitar). With a now rock solid line-up Dobermann Cult began recording the full-length ”When the shit hits the fans”. The recording was done in their own PHall Studio. WTSHTF was released on Mass. and Big Bongo Rec. in march ’08. Dobermann Cult delivers classic hardcore with American influences as well as Swedish and have in a short time built a reputation of being a formidable live act. Musical references mentioned have been Sick of it all, Minor Threat and Totalitär and many more.
