There are multiple bands known by the name Dissection, originating from various countries and representing different styles within the metal genre: 1. Dissection is widely regarded as a significant influence on the development of Swedish black and death metal, especially through their early albums, which are sometimes associated with the Gothenburg scene. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dissection_(band) 2.
