The Dirty White Punks formed in Austin, Texas in the late ‘90s. They were basically a collaboration of high school friends who played in various different local punk bands and decided to get together to let people known exactly what they thought about the way the punk scene had gone. The band recorded a rough demo called “Eat Our Shit Nigger”, played a show where things got a little out of hand and then vanished for a number of years. Finally, in 2006, the band reappeared out of the blue to release a split CD with Texan White Power grindcore band Grinded Nig, entitled “Hate Grind vs Hate Punk”. Little else is known about this band and it’s unclear at this point whether or not we can expect anything more to come from these guys in the future.
