Biografie Born in Miami, FL to Colombian parents, DJ Dirty Rich grew up listening to latin music at a very young age. After becoming obsessed with music in his childhood he began expanding to many different genres. At first listening to legends like the Beatles and the Doors, DJ Dirty Rich credits Biggie, 2pac, and Nas as his biggest influences pulling him into the Hip-Hop culture. He began making mixtapes and cds in school for his friends. When that wasn't enough to satisfy his musical prowess, he began djing local parties dreaming about one day spinning at all the biggest clubs in Miami. After high school, DJ Dirty Rich traveled all over the world mastering his craft. Living in Japan, Korea, and Guam for a short time showed him how universal Hip-Hop has become. His diverse taste in music and culture can be heard in his eclectic sound. When he returned to Miami, he went straight to work and has been grinding ever since. He has worked in venues all over Miami including The Stage, Transit Lounge, and Club Euforia. He was worked with local legends Desloc Piccalo, Miami Beat Wave, and Grammy Nominated artist Omniscient. DJ Dirty Rich has recently opened his own studio, Jazzy Phunk Studios, where he records, mixes and masters all his own projects. He is now a resident DJ at Burn Nightclub in South Beach and Sandbar in Coconut Grove.
